AGES 4-7 YEARS

THIS PROGRAM IS A TREMENDOUS CONFIDENCE BUILDER!


16 ICE SESSIONS AVAILABLE (4 per month)

 

Geared for players 4 years to 7 years of age or those a bit older who recently made the decision to join hockey or ringette and require some catching up on skating development.
 

Full equipment including stick is recommended, as pucks and rings are used on all sessions.  It is extremely advantageous to practice at “game weight”.
 

Minimum requirement is that skaters MUST be able to move forward unassisted with a glide concept. Players will learn basic “stopping technique”, forward and backward stride, graduating to crossover development and edge awareness

OBJECTIVE: Our focus is to keep the “FUN” in fundamentals! Efficient technique taught early in skill development eliminates the potential of having to break bad habits later on. To set our skaters up for success, we consider balance to be the cornerstone that leads to confidence, comfort and control for consistency.

Family Rate: 10% discount for siblings registering in the same program.

Cancellation Fee: 50% of Registration. No refunds 20 days prior to start date.
